A very good hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Recommend this hotel for family and couple travellers too. The breakfast buffet was good. Antony at the travel desk and every other staff was really helpful. We also took the Ha Long bay day cruise as per Antony suggestion which we enjoyed immensely. Overall a very nice experience.

An excellent hotel close to the French Quarter. Great location with an adundance shops and restaurants. Just a ten minute walk to the Cathedral and Train Street. The staff at this hotel make it a great experience. Elsa helped us with all our tour planning and advice for restaurants. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Very nice rooms with nice decor. Breakfast was wonderful with an extensive breakfast plus cooked items from a menu. A really enjoyable stay.

The counter staff were very welcoming and responsible, giving us a lot of help especially Antony. Also helped us find cars and book long-distance buses under price. Located in the middle of the Old Quarter is this gem of a hotel. Fantastic staff, super clean modern amenities, this hotel was worthy of it's previous high ratings. Rooms super comfortable and quiet, comfy beds with well appointed bathrooms were greatly appreciated after arriving from long trips. The hotel has 24hr concierge, restaraunt for breakfast, and dinner should you wish. Super helpful staff made our stay a pleasure. Highly recommended.
