The room was very clean. The air conditioning was great and kept the room cool enough to escape the heat. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. This hotel was in the heart of the old quarter, and the location was EXCELLENT! Shops, restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, were literally steps away, making it easy to find places to eat, things to do, and things to buy. It was also easy for tour companies to pick us up from the hotel. Henry, and the rest of the front desk staff were great, as were the staff in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and well maintained. I was on the top floor with a balcony which was great. Cleaning staff were very slow to come makeup the room though, some days didn’t come at all. Front desk staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was good and came with the room.
