Very Good

the buffet breakfast was wonderful and staff were amazing..only thing lacking was getting a regular room instead of the one we got due to some broken window but it was still a good size room and comfy .
The place is stuck in a side street. Very busy during the day and a lot of noise. The car from the airport had to park on another street and we walked to the hotel. The walls of the hotel perhaps thin so the first night I woke from everyone walking around or moving. Staff very friendly and nice. Not too far from main places and very affordable.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, air conditioner worked great. The surrounding area is very convenient for walking to all major landmarks. Plenty of food options, cafes, and shopping nearby. The breakfast was very nice to have every morning and had lots of fruit.
I would stay here again!
We stayed for 4 nights but only one night in thr room promised. Our room appeared to be a staff roo. With terrible beds and furniture. Other peoples property were kept in the drawers and closet including drug paraphernalia bag including crystal flakes in a a tiny ziplick bag which we handed into the host immediately after finding it. There were two doors to the room the main door was frosted glass which let in light from the hallway at night. The other doir was blocked by an old desk on our side. It led to a different stairwell.. We asked to change rooms everyday but did not until our last night. One of the hosts refused to help us. Our last night was lovely. It took 5 days for my back to stop hurting from the very bad mattress. We enjoyed Hanoi very much but the hotel stay ruined the trip. I hope the other 2 rooms on our floor enjoyed their stay. We didn't.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room is large and apparently clean, and they have cans of soda and beer in the fridge for you. They also serve breakfast and everyone seems to enjoy the free food. They will offer to cook some breakfast items for you as well as providing some food choices. The hotel is located in an "alley" which makes it impossible for Grab drivers to drive to your door. You'll need to go to a nearby pickup point on a nearby street. I had bad experiences asking staff for neighborhood directions. Although they would dispute it, I was given faulty directions twice, the second time cost me a lot of time when I was trying to deal with a time-sensitive issue. Also, at one point my air conditioner broke and it spewed a lot of dirty water onto the floor and onto one of the beds in my room. They fixed the air conditioner but they did not remove the mattress onto which water had flooded from the air conditioner. I did not appreciate that. I emailed the owner who seemed to make excuses for her staff (there were other issues) and I wound up so upset that I just stopped talking to anyone who worked at the hotel. I did not appreciate what I perceived to be the owner's negative attitude. My current hotel is less expensive and much better and much closer to the Old Quarter. My perception is that if you email the hotel with a problem (the owner), you'll get negative replies back. So I can't recommend this place. I am sorry I stayed there and I had a MISERABLE experience.
A equipe é incrivelmente cordial e a localização é excelente.
