Incredible hotel, staff were excellent. Shower was a bit cold for some reason, but I assume that’s not a permanent issue and might have just been us not working it out!

Disliked: Amenities
spacious room, underwhelming breakfast, staff tries very hard to please, pool is nothing like the pictures - disappointing, airport pick up service is not worth it - just use grab… too many choices in Hanoi to accept anything less than a great experience! the pool is very sad 😔 dead plants and kitchen exhaust smell on a forgotten rooftop

Excellent hotel. Staff was extremely nice. It was my buddies birthday, we didn’t mention it to them. Because they paid attention to his passport they mad a b-day cake and sang happy birthday to him. Breakfast staff was excellent! We had a late departure, got a day rate, this allowed us to return to the room, nap, shower before we departed Hanoi
