The entire team is absolutely wonderful. Jimmy, Jenny, Lucy, Lily, Tommy, David, Max all are awesome. Very hospitable and warm. I always stay here whenever I visit Hanoi. It feels like home. Even the staff at the restaurant and Bar are excellent and very warm and caring.

Great hotel, great price. We were travelling on our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond for us. They quickly prepared our room despite it being very early, since we had arrived from Sapa on the overnight bus, so we could rest and clean up. We also enjoyed some well-made cocktails made by Peter at the Sky Bar. The staff at every operation were kind and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.
