Hotel had pleasant ambience and decor but found room quite small, not a lot to put belongings. Room was clean but bathmats had large holes. Reception staff polite and helpful. Location was good & near enough to the lake. If little later getting to breakfast had to keep asking for things, they weren’t keen to replace empty plate of fresh fruit, bread, coffee etc.

The location is perfect, rooftop breakfast was great, good size room with hot water and good pressure. What impressed me the most was the quality of service. Staff were very warm and friendly and happy to help. Hotel arranged for two day tours, I loved both tours and the quality of service on both tours was fantastic. I highly recommend this Hotel.

A+ location on the edge of the Quarter. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Front-facing balcony was big enough for a haircut, and offered a great view of the street life below, including the famous Hanoi motorbike dance. Bathroom could use a re-make and deep clean; but the bed, linens & pillows were maybe the best of our 2months in Vietnam. Solid value
