Great centrally located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations and the spa in the hotel was well priced. We had some fantastic massages! Located in a central part of Hanoi this Hotel offers a good standard of value and comfort. I spent two nights here following an off road motorcycle trip and so took advantage of the laundry service and an opportunity to get some good sleep. I was not disappointed, very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of food. Overall a good choice if you need to be in central Hanoi.

Lovely hotel in central location with the friendliest and helpful staff. Super comfy rooms, spotlessly clean. Breakfast more than ample to set you up for the day. Think they could drop the word garden as there is not one, however no big deal just confusing. Didn’t use Spa so cant comment on that. Definitely recommend 👌
