Good location, easy to walk to a lot of interesting things. However, my room was constantly damp. All my things would always be a little bit wet after the first night. Also, the sink would leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floor whenever I used it. Thankfully, the shower had hot water.

Hanoi Charming Hotel stay

The staff/owner of the hotel can speak English so there is nothing to worry about. My stay in the hotel is good. Its location is accessible to everything. I see no problem during my stay at all.

Room was small and definitely had damp. The bathroom door was a slippery hazard, the air on spat water on me at night. No one at check in so had to call them and then wait another ten minutes. No water in the room on arrival. Bed was comfy and reasonable location. Can book airport connections easily with them also

ハノイ観光にとても良い立地で、ローカルな美味しいお店が近く沢山あり、食べ歩いて探してみるのも楽しいと思います。私は一日中徒歩で市内観光をしました。ハノイ市内はGrabタクシーもすぐに来てくれて便利です。 ホテルのスタッフも親切で前日のツアー予約や深夜の空港への送迎も快く手配してくれました。設備の使用方法なども慣れていなくて困ったのですが親切に教えてくれて、安全に楽しい旅を終えることができました。 It's in a great location for sightseeing in Hanoi, and there are many delicious local restaurants nearby, so I think it's fun to walk around and explore them. I spent the whole day touring the city on foot. Grab taxis are very convenient in Hanoi as they come quickly. The hotel staff was also kind and willing to make tour reservations the day before and arrange transportation to the airport late at night. I had some trouble because I wasn't familiar with how to use the equipment, but they kindly taught me how to use the equipment, and I was able to complete my trip safely and happily.

Requested transportation from the airport, got a message taxi pick up available just give flight info, after giving info no response from hotel and phone number didn't work. No one working from desk at check in and wanted cash no credit card. Room was okay, had electric kettle, cups but no water, coffee or tea. No restaurant or free breakfast as advertised. No staff at desk when I checked out in the morning. Renting rooms is a side business for the massage parlor. Poorly run I might add.

The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos. The rooms were very small and overall very run down. Mould was present on the ceiling and in the bathroom. It is in the heart of the Old Quarter which some people may like. I would not stay again.
