Absolutely great staff and location. Hotel is tired but priced correctly for what is offered. We needed to rest our heads for one night before going out on a boat tour for 3 days so it fit our needs but wow!!!!

Amazing staff and great rooms right in the heart of the old quarters. The breakfast was just right and the support from Amanda and her team ensured we got great cruise and day trip options. We had booked 2 rooms for multi day including a cruise in Halong bay in between right now around the new year. The rooms were clean and at great rates. The hotel team ensured they took our needs for vegetarian only food and gave some great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed.

Super fint hotel. Fantastisk service. God beliggenhed i udkanten af den gamle by i Hanoi, men gåafstand til alle de centrale seværdigheder inkl. Train Street og Hanoi Hilton (fængslet). Morgenmaden kan du godt springe over. Den foregår på en nærliggende restaurant.
