Very good hotel , location is central to everything. The room is very clean, comfortable bed, refrigerator and a safe for one’s belonging. Breakfast had a good selection and staff are the best. Jenna , the manager is very helpful and knowledgable on what tours to take and what time in Hanoi. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever lucky to make it Back to Vietnam
