Great location, friendly staff, and a nice, quiet setting away from the busy street. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern, and breakfast was decent. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear some noise from other rooms, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very attentive and Jenny on Reception was particularly helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There is a bar on the roof terrace which is nice to sit at in the evening with a drink. There is also a jacuzzi but we didn't use it.

Stayed here overnight as we were passing through Hanoi from Sapa to Ninh Binh. We chose this hotel because it’s walking distance from the Sapa express bus stop in Hanoi. We were able to walk with our suitcases there without issue. Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and the room itself was perfect for what we needed. In fact they gave us a free upgrade which was incredibly kind. The breakfast buffet was yummy too and they offered soy milk as an alternative which I was incredibly grateful for. More than happy to stay here again. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful.
