Check in was easy and fast. We needed to get to our rooms to rest and we were greeted with a glass of their Summer salted Plum drink. The rest of our stay went with some help from the front desk with outstanding service very attentive to the needs of the guests. The restaurant located on the second floor offers great food with fresh ingredients. Service was top of the notch. Thanks to all the staff, it is a must to come back again

Absolutely amazing new hotel in the French quarter. Close to the lake and major attractions. Room was huge and had stage of the art toilets and showers. Le labo products. Staff is impeccable - English speaking, polite and attentive. The gym and spa area are some of the best I've seen in any of my extensive travels. From meditation pods, to cold plunged, dry sauna and brand new technogym equipment - wish I could join this as my primary gym! Restaurant and pool were gorgeous. Highly recommend!!

It was an amazing stay at fairmont Hotel Hanoi. New and well organised Hotel in the heart of Hanoi . Very luxury Hotel with professional staff from the Front desk to the Concierge, Ms Rachelle , the the Lounge at the 8 Floor, very warmly staff well organised and trained by a professional manager. You will feel like at home with , Ms Hang , Elisabeth and the team at the 8 floor. They will make your stay one of the best . I highly recommanded Fairmont Hotel for Business, to Vacation, special event, Family holiday, find the balance between the Luxury and the warm atmosphere of Vietnamesse people . All in the French quarter and the Old Town .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean throughout our visit, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The restaurants were excellent, offering great food and a lovely atmosphere, and the à la carte breakfast was a real highlight each morning. Our room was exceptional — beautifully presented, spacious, and very comfortable with great attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!

This is a newly open hotel since March 2026 this year, its beautiful and spacious. I love my room and its amenities; the bathroom is beautiful and spacious. The bedroom area is spacious enough to do yoga. The air condition is perfectly adjusted and the water heater is nice and toasty. I like the breakfast and Bacco the restaurant; it’s pretty good. Its not extravagant but its good cooking. Additionally I also like the different spaces that created in the common areas like different temperature and therapeutic rooms. I like their pools and amenities. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very generous with late checkout. The staff at the gym and front desk areas are very professionally trained and helpful. The dinning staff is super friendly and professional. Amazing people work here. I would totally coming back and bring my family here next time when I visit Hanoi.

While both properties offer exceptional hospitality, Fairmont brings a fresh, contemporary style that makes it a wonderful addition to Hanoi’s luxury hotel scene. My stay at Fairmont Hanoi was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with elegant Vietnamese influences, and every area of the property feels thoughtfully curated. The facilities are outstanding. The wellness area, fitness center, and pool are immaculate and provide a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Hanoi. Every space is maintained to the highest standard, creating a true sense of luxury. The restaurants were another highlight of my stay. Every dining experience was memorable, especially at Trần Dynasty Restaurant, where I enjoyed outstanding cuisine, excellent presentation, and warm, attentive service. The quality of the food and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I also highly recommend the hotel’s private car transportation service to Nội Bài International Airport. The vehicle was luxurious, comfortable, punctual, and provided a seamless, stress-free transfer that perfectly complemented the overall five-star experience. The herbal massage was excellent.
