The room and bathroom were clean, like pictured. The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa. The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away. Will book again next time I am in Hanoi.

The staff was very helpful! We were so happy to be able to book this room at 9 pm for the very same night.
