The room and bathroom were clean, like pictured. The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa. The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away. Will book again next time I am in Hanoi.

The staff was very helpful! We were so happy to be able to book this room at 9 pm for the very same night. The other hotel we had booked and checked-in had so many bugs in the bedroom (Indochine Premium Hotel). It was disgusting. This hotel was very clean, spacious, calm and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was really friendly and always helpful, simple breakfast but has everything you need including vegetarian options. Staff was accommodating for extra food or other options. Location is good, is close to the old quarter but not in the middle of the “chaos”. Close to the Ho Chi Min mausoleum and embassy’s so nice walking areas. Staff allowed luggage to stay extra days in the hotel and also allowed to use the shower facilities in the spa at no extra charge for evening departure from hotel. Gym and pool would use some polishing. Overall very sleek boutique hotel - very nice stay in Hanoi.

This is the third time we are staying in this hotel. Location is great, walkable everywhere, hotel itself is full of character, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.
