My room was clean, cool from the AC and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—walking distance to many great restaurants and the hub of the Hanoi chaos. If it’s your first trip to Hanoi, staff provide a map and list of places to eat. I’d stay there again.

Best deal in Hanoi's Old Quarters. It may not look like much from the outside, but the rooms are clean & nicely appointed, and beds are comfortable. The front desk manager, Alex, was very friendly and everyone was eager to aid their guests. I'd stay here again the next time!

Had an amazing time at Eclipse Legend Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the action, making it super easy to walk everywhere. But the real highlight was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip, with a huge shoutout to Alex and Lisa! They were super nice, gave the best local recommendations, and were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Definitely coming back to stay here again!

Stayed at Eclipse Legend Hotel and honestly… they saved me from my own travel chaos 💀 Booked the wrong bus to Sapa (don’t ask 😭), but Alex = lifesaver mode ON. Fixed everything, same departure, trip saved, stress gone. Sir deserves a raise. Location? Chef’s kiss. Walking distance to everything + surrounded by good food (as it should be). 10/10 would stay again—especially if you make questionable booking decisions like me 😂

We stayed at this boutique hotel twice during April 2026, with trips to the surrounding areas in between. The property is small but elegant, nestled in the lively streets of the Old Quarter. Its location is excellent—many attractions are within walking distance, including Train Street and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were friendly and efficient. In particular, Alex stood out: he welcomed us warmly at check-in, was attentive to our needs, and answered all our questions with genuine care. He knows the area inside out and recommended several places to visit and shop, which helped take away the stress of planning. Overall, the hotel and its team are highly professional. Both of our stays were thoroughly enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Room is very basic but very clean which was appreciated. Bed was ok. Hot water varied. I did not have the breakfast because apparently that is suppose to be communicated way in advance, which I missed. Excellent coffee all around and within walking distance to many wants or needs. For the price it was excellent.
