Great location right next to the St Joseph’s Cathedral and in the heart of the city. Staff were wonderful and accomodating. Room was comfortable and cozy, the hotel has a cute design. Breakfast had a good selection of options and you can even order eggs from the kitchen included in the breakfast.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel is also conveniently located within easy walking distance of train street, beer street and many other great areas. The room was good though the frosted glass wall bathroom took a moment to get used to.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem lake and while you are in the old quarter you are in a quieter section. The real standout are the reception staff, particularly Sunny and Thomas. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have a smile and their restaurant recommendations were great! Stayed here 4 times over a 2 week period and would happily go back!

Best service!

Service stood out during our stay. The front desk assisted us in our plans even before we arrived. Roads were closed during our stay because for their 80th anniversary for August revolution and Thomas went beyond in assisting us. One of the best hotel services we have received in our frequent travels. Thank you Minerva Church!

Very enjoyable stay, great location close to both the church and lake. Great hospitality from the team, particularly one that made the difference was Sunny Ng(Ha Nguyet).
