A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staffs were so accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Our room is spacious and clean, nicely decorated, big window with a good view of the old quarter. Highly recommended. Will come back soon.

A great hotel to explore Hanoi from

We had a great stay at the Thien Thai Hotel. It's located in an excellent part of the city, walking distance from the Old Quarter. The hotel room we had was really nice and the buffet breakfast was first rate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. In particular, we had really excellent customer service from Linh at the reception who arranged for a local SIM card to be delivered to the hotel for us. Nothing was too much trouble - thanks Linh!

Hôtel correct situé a proximité du vieux quartier

Chambres très correctes, déjeuner très correct également. Par contre, le personnel est très bruyant dès 6h du matin. Ça nous a réveillé chaque matin.
