Lucy was so helpful when helping us check in! She was friendly and was also extremely quick. We didn’t even stay the night because we had an overnight bus so we rented a room just to shower and relax, so we asked for an early check in the night prior and they were able to acommodate! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, it was in a great location, and the price was super reasonable! Honestly can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a place to stay in Hanoi.
