The Hotel is great and the location is the best, But very best thing is the incredible staff and management working here, great vintage clothes next door Harry and Lucy are the best and most helpful we have had in many years of travelling. They are the best Giving you so much information on the area helping with pick ups and all round amazing ❤️

The location is in the heart of old quarter but the room soundproofing was excellent. I had booked the Ninh Binh tour with the hotel and the staff were able to explain all my options/cost and expected timeline. The tour was amazing. (Added pics) The service was exceptional. Kind staffs were all helpful throughout our stay. Exactly a place that I would recommend all my family and friends to. For every problem that we bring up, they are ready to help and take time to solve as it needs. (We had mentioned the weak WiFi signal and some issue with charger plug and they let us know how they are working on solving it with expected timeline).

One of the best places to stay in Hanoi. Excellent budget friendly hotel. In the heart of the backpacking district. Rooms immaculate and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, nicely decorated. We stayed here twice on our trip to Vietnam- cancelling out of a crappy place a block away knowing going back to Bonjour D’an Nam would not disappoint!!
