The room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was very nice for the price. The location was also fantastic and the city centre was walking distance. Especially the staffs, Brian and Richard were extremely kind and helpful for booking the transportation and their English were excellent. I highly recommend Ja cosmo hotel for people to enjoy Hanoi trip with reasonable price.

This hotel was very nice, clean, super good location close to everything. The service was exceptional. The breakfast was yummy and we love that we can order hot food like pho and eggs made fresh. The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful, respectful and care trying to accommodate us and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for such a nice experience

Kind staff, great location, however things are a little run down. Breakfast buffet wasn’t nice either, better off going out. They offered lots of services as well, but were all priced at double what you could get outside of the hotel. We booked a King bed, but found it was just 2 x double beds put together, so had that ridge in the middle of the bed. Didn’t matter overall, though, as the bed was so huge

I love this boutique hotel , for the price it’s totally worth it ! As soon as I checked in , the staffs were so friendly, helpful. I feel welcome . The room is clean, hot shower was awesome. This is my favorite hotel if I visit Ha Noi , I will come back here again . Thủy , the receptionist girl was very sweet , the breakfast buffet here is good ! I wish I looked here longer ! Amazing staff and great little hotel!

This was our best stay in Vietnam! The location was perfect. Right near everything, but just a few steps away from all the crowded craziness. The hotel was clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. The real highlight here is the staff though! Everyone was amazing, but especially Brian!!!! He is such a lovely and caring person and he truly went out of his several times and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Thank you! There are also 3 great bars right across the street. There's a nice romantic wine bar and 2 craft cocktail bars or favorites were Leo's and Bo/En

Very satisfied!

Hotel has alot of charm. A little outdated but overall very satisfied. The staff was very helpful and professional! The manager Kim and her staff did a good job taking care of us. Only complaint was our first room the A/C was broken. But they accommodate us and move us to another room. We will be back. Thanks

Sorry this place is really dirty, noisy, and old. It’s not what you see on pictures. They also gave my room away and offer me something else saying “ upgrade “ but it’s not! Staff was nice but other than that I would not recommend this place to anyone or can you even call it a 4 star rating! 👎

Brian made me feel at home. He want above and beyond my expectations to be as helpful as possibleI. I only rated the cleaning the way I did because there seemed to be an infestation of very small spiders. It was a clean place it was just the spiders. Other than that it was clean. Not bad location close to lake.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, with a few furniture being worn out. For instance, the cabinet knobs are missing and the toilet roll holder broke twice, Also, the cleanliness of the bedding is not desirable, with occasional black marks and even blood stains while we have not used them yet. However, the hotel staff are quick to respond to all the issues politely. Finally, one bright spot is that the breakfast is quite good with a few selection and some extra food that can be ordered from the menu for free. Overall, given the low price, it is still a nice hotel with good service.

I selected an early check-in and paid extra, only to find out that I was downgraded to a cheaper room. There was no water during most of day and sporadic hot water when water was available. Complained TV was not working two consecutive days and gave up after that. I suppose that’s what I get for an inexpensive stay. Would not book them again. In fact, I cancelled my return booking.

Ok, but not as nice as photos

Staff was very nice and helpful - super attentive and so nice, and laundry service was quick, but the room was tiny tiny tiny, and very dark. The furniture, walls, bathroom etc were all in need of repair, and the window didn’t shut all the way which made it a bit hard to sleep (Hanoi is loud!). The furniture and walls are all a dark color which gives the room an even smaller feeling and the window was looking out at the wall of the next building (no view and no light). The shower is for very short people (I’m 5’1” and I felt a bit like it was too small for me) and the walls of the bathroom were glass/the door doesn’t really close so you must be ok with sharing all with your travel companion. Breakfast is ok, but not great. We found other Hanoi hotels a bit better for the money.

ホテルのスタッフの方々が皆さんどなたもとても感じが良く、お部屋も広く、清潔でした。 空調もちょうど良く、朝食もおかゆや果物などバラエティーに富んでいて美味しかったです。 ベッドはちょうど良い硬さでした。 旧市街のすぐ近くなので歩いてでかけることができましたし、ハロン湾ツアーもホテルまで迎えにきてくれました。 Wi-Fiも完備されていました。 空港の行き帰りもフライトに合わせて送迎頂き（7人乗り35USD）初めてのベトナムでしたが、安心して行けました。 スタッフさん達の笑顔や声かけが本当に爽やかで幸せな気分になりました。ありがとうございました😊

We turned up and told our room was not available and that they would put us up in a similar room nearby. It was nothing like the description of the room we were expecting. It seems like this is not the first time it had happened looking at the reviews.

From the very beginning, this hotel was a big fail. Weeks before arrival, I confirmed in an email with the hotel's sales manager that the room would have two beds. Upon arrival, we had to wait for housekeeping staff to separate the bed into two and make them up. "Executive city view" is a joke. The room overlooks the back a bunch of old apartments. Only in the distance can you see two high rise buildings. There was a disturbing black "something" on the shower curtain. Spa personnel were very unfriendly and we went elsewhere. There is not enough seating for breakfast in the dining area. This happened both mornings. I sent a message to the sales manager via Expedia (how we corresponded previously) and received no response. There are many other places to stay in Hanoi. Skip this one.
