詐欺ホテル

初日から部屋のカードキーが壊れていた為、交換をお願いしたが交換してもらえず、部屋に入る度に開けてもらう必要があり、非常に面倒くさかった。バスタオルが2日間続けて部屋に用意されていなかった。チェックアウトの際、身に覚えのない100ドル程の精算をするよう言われた。その時に英語を話せるスタッフもおらず、詳細が不明の為、結果的に払わずに済んだ。有料の水を1点しか購入していないのに、2点購入したことになっていた。これは後日気が付いたため、お金を余分に払ってしまった。対応も非常に悪く、身に覚えのない支払いを要求してくるため、おすすめしません。

The reviews on this Hotel do not reflect the service or Hotel. I stayed here for business for 3 nights and the staff were so rude and unaccomadating. Steer clear of this Hotel.
