5 Stufen vom Bett zum Bad - geht gar nicht. Nach dem Tausch des Zimmers: Matratze veraltet und ohne Hinweis auf Französisches Bett, mit einer Decke bei 2 Gäste über 75 jährig.. Das Personal beim Frühstück war ein Lichtblick. Absolut überzeugend und richtig nett und lösungsorientiert. 28,00€ pP zum Frühstück ist grenzwertig. Alternative gut.

Beste Zimmerkategorie, nicht…

Executive Zimmer ist im 4. OG (Aufzug geht nur bis zum 3. OG). Das Frühstück war leider nicht so gut (kalter Bacon und geschmacklich wenig überzeugendes Rührei). Kaffee ist so lala. Zimmer war sehr gut klimatisiert (sehr positiv)! Fliesen im Bad mit vielen Macken (Risse und abplatzungen). Boden im Bad ist nicht für allzu hohes Gewicht ausgelegt (macht Geräusche bei über 120 KG). Personal hat morgens mehrfach geklopft (könnte man vielleicht auf einmal reduzieren - einmal um die Verbrauchsmaterialien zu kontrollieren und einmal um die Betten zu machen).

Wonderful hotel! Absolutely loved the room, both for comfort and incredible European air conditioning. A great variety of foods for breakfast. Easy parking garage options at average prices. Rooms were spacious and towels worked very well.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und ruhiges Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und relativ zentraler Lage. Sehr gut und umfangreich war auch das Frühstück, wobei der Preis jedoch recht hoch war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Event-Angebot

Egal ob zu Silvester oder zum Cocktail Hopping. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in das Sheraton. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer gepflegt und sauber. Jedes Mal ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Fantastisk morgenmad

Dejligt hotel med gode senge og rigtig fin morgenmad. Eneste minus var at det ene værelses toilet var stoppet, og vi derfor måtte flytte værelse sent om aftenen. Hotellet henvender sig meget til buisness og er lidt maskulint i valg af toiletartikler etc.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren zwei Nächte im Pelikan Hotel und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gefreut haben wir uns über das Upgrade auf eine Suite, etwas mehr Platz (zwei Räume, wenn auch ohne Tür) war bei einem mitreisenden Kind hilfreich. Die Suite war in einem guten Zustand, modern, bequem und sauber. Das Bad fanden wir etwas eng, aber wichtiger war uns auch hier die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal am Empfang ebenso wie im Frühstücksrestaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Food waste

Overall was really good, I was just disappointed that the buffet was fully set up as if the hotel was full when we were just a few guests. I would recommend that room service was provided or breakfast ordered the night before and prepared per each order. The amount of food that was displayed will end up in the garbage and that is sad.
