This hotel was near the train station, and lots of restaurants. I get the feeling they don't get a lot of english speakers, but we figured it out. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. Because the area is near the bus and trains, there are a few homeless out on the streets, but that isn't the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.

Just over 100metres from the main railway station. Superb suite with microwave,sink area,fridge,superb bathroom and very comfortable bed. Excellent and varied breakfast in a nicely laid out dining area. Fourth time staying there and the definite choice if staying in Hannover. 24 hour reception speaking German and English ( maybe more)

We were so pleasantly surprised about this hotel. We had booked it due to its proximity to the main train station but weren't expecting much else. We loved our room and all of its amenities -- it reminded us of a Japanese style hotel where there are lots of room amenities (e.g., our room had 3 sinks, which was very convenient for our group of 4). The hotel is across the street from the back entrance to the train station, so it is very easy to walk through the station (which also has lots of shopping and dining options) to the main shopping district which is in front of the station. We highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else if our travels take us back to downtown Hannover.

Not good cleaning service

The room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. On top of that we found an empty parfume bottle from previous travelers in one of the shelves! Maybe the room wasn't even cleaned before we checked in?

I believe there were bedbugs in my hotel bedding and mattress. I have consulted my doctor, who confirms that the red marks on my body are from vermin. I was forced to fumigate or destroy my clothing and suitcase.

No parking at the property, but there is pay parking nearby. There are ample places to eat in the train station, which is right across the street. Lots of homeless people in the area. Lots of building alcoves and areas were used as outdoor toilets. Pretty gross. The property itself was clean and the rooms were large. Our room had futuristic bath/shower and toilet raised “pods”. Very unique. Frühstück is not included in the price, but packaged pastries were in the lobby at checkout.

Spacious and quiet room in central location

The rooms are spacious, with fridge, a little kitchen sink and water boiler, a separate wc, and a bathroom with tub and shower. The bathroom products from rituals were also nice, although as so often before the girls were missing the conditioner and were left with tangled hair. The interior of the room is a little dated and reminds a little of a ship's cabin, except for the size. However, the room was quiet. The pillows and duvets were synthetic, and the pillow could have been softer. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but the buffet looked a little basic. We ate in the nearby Extrablatt Cafe, which offered an amazing breakfast buffet.

I have used Novotel in other places several times. And this fact is the main reason that I stayed at this hotel. As expected, the facility was nice and better than I expected. I was concerned of its old facility, but this does not provide any problem. The facility itself can endure next 10 years without problem. There are two things to criticize though. 1. The room cleaning is not in good level. The cups and glasses in my room are not cleaned regularly. One of the glasses had it own oder without changing or cleaning during my stay (= 1 week). 2. The shower heads need the replacement. Other than these two, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was calm, clean, a nice location, inexpensive, and nice people in front.

Im großen und ganzen war alles gut. Was meiner Frau gefehlt hat, war ein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad und zum anderen eine gut beleuchtete Sitzmöglichkeit mit einem Spiegel zum Schminken. Mir war der Wasserdruck der Dusche etwas zu niedrig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer groß und gemütlich. Der Service war auch gut. Frühstück ausgewogen, für jeden etwas passendes dabei. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager.

Habitaciones grandes.

Habitacion muy amplia, tipo Suite, con minibar, hervidor de agua y microondas. El baño es correcto con bañera y ducha separada, además de tener el inodoro por separado. Esta todo bien, pero ya le va haciendo falta un cierto cambio en el mobiliario, se hace viejo y roto. No dispone de calefacción, únicamente vía aire acondicionado, que es algo ruidoso, es un problema para dormir. Buen aparcamiento enfrente del hotel en un Parking, muy economico, mas incluso que dejarlo en la calle en zona azul (Maximo 2,5 horas, hasta las 20:00 horas)
