Not for allergic people

As I am allergic to dogs and cats and also cannot have feathers in pillows and duvet and informed hotels.com about this. Other hotels receive this information without any problem but not this one. They did put dogs in all the rooms and did not save any rooms for allergic people and we had to sleep without pillows and duvets because they could not arrange any without feathers. The breakfast was included. We will of course never stay here again.

The room was nice, and clean - however the common areas were more worn down than expected. The night staff was not super friendly when checking in, and before arriving it was not possible to reach the hotel by phone and they had stopped replying to our emails during the day. The daytime employee checking us out was very friendly. Expensive breakfast though which we opted out of. A charger for an electric car that actually worked was a huge plus!

The room was ice cold and the heating fans just blow out cold air, i turn the small radiator on but with the room so cold it could not warm the room up so i sleept under two duvets. I was then woken up regularly with the sound of dripping and running water in the fan system. Shame as when I stayed last time was a very nice experience.

Vi havde booket 2 værelser til 2 voksne og 3 børn (ekstra opredning). Vi ankom sent. Da vi kommer op på værelset står der en baby seng som vi på ingen måde kan bruge. Går ned i receptionen og fortæller der står en forkert seng. Receptionistens "hjælp" er at vi bare kan stille den ud på gangen hvis vi ikke skal bruge den. Men intet ift at der mangler en ekstra dyne/pude eller at vi nu skal sove 3 personer i dobbeltsengen. Der ligger et værelse mellem vores to værelser. Vi havde 611 og 607. På det værelse kan vi høre en baby græde. Mistænker vi har fået det forkerte værelse. Morgenmaden var middelmådig. Parkering skal man betale for.
