Room cleaned only every other day. No restaurant nor room service, nor gym (as stated in hotel description). Few options to eat around. Staff not efficient nor kind.Fair continental breakfast.

Schönes Ambiente, unruhige Nächte

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, das trotz geschlossenen Fenstern zur bisher unbequemsten Nacht wurde. Obwohl das Hotel recht ruhig gelegen ist, wurde draußen bis in die Nacht rumgebrüllt. Dadurch war Einschlafen tabu. Der Raum war recht angenehm von der Größe und der Temperatur. Allerdings war die Bettwäsche aus einem Material, dass es zu heiß (nicht atmungsaktiv) wurde unter Bettdecke und man schnell geschwitzt hat.

Parking and charging in the hotel garage is €35 (parking €10 and charging €25). Public parking around the hotel is possible, but when other cars block the chargers not an option. Breakfast is quite good. Room spacious and fine bed.

Dejligt ophold

Lækkert værelse med gode faciliteter, rent og pænt. Eneste negative at sige er, at det ikke er for lave personer. Håndvask og spejle sidder ret høje og det giver lidt udfordringer for os der ikke er så høje.

Store værelser og god morgenmad

Ved indcheckning lave din fejl da de tog penge for morgenmad der allerede var betalt men da de opdagede fejlen fik jeg en kæmpe undskyldning og alt var godt. Det var store værelser med en lille løbegang som man kunne gå ud og få noget frisk luft og så vil jeg gerne fremhæve deres morgenmadsbuffet den var virkelig fantastisk med friskpresset appelsinjuice og alt hvad hjertet begærer. Det eneste lille minus var at det lå hvad jeg vil kalde for et industrikvarter.

Ubehagelig og dårlig service

Hotellets parkering deles med en restaurant, hvor det er vigtigt at man holder på de rigtige pladser. Vi ankom om aftenen, og det var ikke nemt at orientere sig om hvor man skulle parkere. En af de ansatte fra hotellet gik os i møde udendørs for at fortælle os hvis vi skulle holde. Han havde dog ikke en venlig tone, og havde kun en paraply med ud til sig selv, som han kun brugte til at holde sig selv tør med, selvom han insisterede på at skulle tale med os ude i regnen. Da vi kom ind oplyste han os om at det værelse vi havde booket kun var til 3 personer, selvom vi på Hotels.com havde booket et værelse til 4. Ville vi være 4 på værelset måtte vi enten nøjes med de senge der var på værelset, eller betale for en opredning mere, på trods af at vi allerede via hotels havde betalt for et værelse til 4. Hotellet var bekendt med denne problematik, da de havde oplevet det før med andre gæster.
