My reservation was for 2 nights. I informed the hotel that my check-in would have been late, after the closure of the reception. Once I arrived, my room was not prepared & was not cleaned at all. I found the bed linen, the towels on the floor and two waste containers full in the room from the previous guest. I took pictures. I couldn't sleep at all. I sent immediately a message to the Hotel to inform them about the situation. No one answered to my message and no one contacted me even the following day. I decided to call them and luckily I could speak with E. Murgia. She was really kind and custom friendly to send someone to prepare my room for the second and last night. I was expecting some compensation for the inconvenience, but the hotel didn't give me any voucher for an additional night, and they let me even pay the city taxes of 4 EUR (even though I made the reception clerk aware about the situation encountered when I did the check-out). Unfortunately, not a good experience.

Det var et 4 stjernede hotel som max burde have 2. Der var ingen air con/fan. Der var hedebølge og derfor ulideligt varmt. Strømmen lukkede hver 5 min. Vi blev lovet der kom en og så på det. Det skete ikke. Til sidst fik vi et nyt værelse. Kl. 21 var der intet personale på hotellet. Alle døre var åbne. Kl. 21.15 tændte vi den ene sengelampe som kortsluttede strømmen og mørkelagde vores "nye værelse". Vi fandt et servicenr. vi kunne ringe på. Der var 50 min. til der kunne komme en og kigge på det. Det endte med min mand selv fandt teknikrummet og kunne slå sikringen til igen så vi kunne få lys. Under alt kritik. To positive ting er at sengen var god og der var gratis parkering

Super venligt og imødekommende personale. På trods af meget sen ankomst var der en løsning da receptionen lukker allerede kl. 21.00. Morgenmaden er dog ikke på nogen måde luksuriøs - nærmere enkel.

Wer eine einfache und kostengünstige Unterkunft in der Nähe der MHH sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Teppichböden und die Badezimmer sind älter, aber sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Auch das Frühstück, das in einigen Bewertungen sehr schlecht bewertet wurde, war für mich vollkommen ausreichend: es gab Brötchen, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Nutella, Käse, Wurst, Gemüse, Obst, Müsli und Joghurt. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich.

Der Empfang war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist der große Fernseher. Die Außenanlage könnte gepflegter und liebevoller sein. Unkraut sprießt auf dem Gelände, Mülleimer werden wohl eher selten geleert und Kippen nicht täglich entfernt. Am schlimmsten ist der kleine Vorgarten mit häßlichen Plastikblumen. Ich empfehle ein paar Büsche und Bodendecker. Der Reinigungskraft würde sicherlich ein Lächeln gut stehen. Der Angestellte beim Frühstück schien eher lustlos und desinteressiert: nur nach Aufforderung wurde der Tisch abgewischt, Teller und Tassen aufgefüllt. Lieber hat der Kollege draußen geraucht. Am zweiten Tag (Frühstück von 7-10 Uhr) gab es um 9:40 Uhr weder Brötchen noch Rührei, nur noch 1 Scheibe Käse, alles sah ziemlich abgegessen aus. Selbst nach meiner Nachfrage wurde nichts mehr aufgefüllt, immer gab es nach ca. 10 Minuten frisch aufgebackene Brötchen.
