Simple, no frills room.

A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done. Tv in room, wifi was great, staff were helpful and kind, lending me a kettle and cutlery. Supermarket and bakery within a minutes walk.

The place is a bit basic.The roomsize not realy hotelstandart more like a cheap pension.Sink in the room no hot water. Bathroom door has no lock . Trams passing shake the whole building. In the morning around 8am reception closed and nobody answered the phone.

Billigt hotell nära konsertlokalen Capitol. Litet badrum, dörr måste vara öppen vid tandborstning. Hade beställt frukost, men det fanns inte. Back Factory sidan om var ett alternativ.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft gebucht, aufgrund der Nähe zum Capitol Hannover. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die Location sowie eine Haltestelle. 3 Haltestellen ist man direkt in der City. Das Zimmer ist super groß. Das Bad ist sauber und geräumig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Falls wieder ein Konzert ansteht, werden wir diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Haus vorbei. Es sind keine ruhigen Zimmer. Ansonstennist die Straßenbahnstation in direkter Nähe, sowie viele Imbisse, Apotheke, Supermarkt usw.

Für den Preis (32 Euro /Nacht) eine akzeptable Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sauber, auch das Gemeinschaftsbad. Problemloser Check-In nach 22 Uhr mit Code möglich. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Jedoch gab es keinen Rauchmelder im Zimmer. Das geht überhaupt nicht und stellt ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Es sollten unverzüglich Rauchmelder angebracht werden.

A bit disappointing

Upon arrival I had to call to get the code for a number box to get the key. Our room where right in front of a tram which we could hear throughout the night. The madras wasn’t great, you could feel the springs in it. WiFi connection was really bad. The room was clean, although a bit outdated. No complains about towels or lining.

Das Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen.Es fing damit an das wir unsere Zimmer nicht bekommen haben was wir gebucht hatten.Da es eine Grundreinigung bräuchte.Dann sollten wir 15€ zahlen damit wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, was ein NICHTRAUCHER Zimmer sein sollte und als NICHTRAUCHER ist es super wenn man so ein Zimmer hat.Aber es war leider ein RAUCHERZIMMER.Wir hatten es angesprochen und da wurde nur gesagt das wir doch froh sein können das wir ein hochwertiges Zimmer bekommen hätten.Das Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Es war ein Sonntag und ich bekam keinen einzigen Mitarbeiter zu Gesicht. Den Schlüssel konnte ich aus einem Kasten herausholen, der an der Wand hing. Ich musste dazu eine Handynummer anrufen. Leider erhielt ich das Frühstück nicht, das ich mitgebucht hatte. Es war auch bei meiner Abreise kein Mitarbeiter anzutreffen. Den Schlüssel warf ich in einen Briefkasten, der dafür vorgesehen war.
