A very tidy room with plenty of space. Refrigerator, sink, stove plates, microwave oven, tv - basically all you need. There was a restaurant and a local grocery store nearby, and the U-train stop was also at a walking distance.

Terrible person working at the reception. There was a wrong date booked for my stay, one night before I arrived. The man at reception made fun about that and even joked with the 2 guys sitting at the bar, like how stupid I was. I went on chat with Expedia, the lady was polite and helpful, she wanted to solve the problem and called the guy on telephone: he refused to answer the phone!!! I had to walk over and look him in the face to PLEASE answer the phone because the booking center tries o solve the wrong date. A nightmare, he only took the phone to say he has no time to talk on the phone. I could have made a new payment for one night but I preferred to walk away to the next hotel.

What a fab hotel! My room was basic, but spacious and comfortable, lots of storage. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Situated in a great, old building, just a short walk to the U-Bahn station, five minutes to the centre of Hannover.
