This hotel has perfect location when travelling by car. Newly renovated room that even smelled brand new, super spacious and luxurious. Beautiful location by the water and open parking across the street. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately we arrived late and checked out early so we didn't have time to enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked, but would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommend.

Easy enough to get to if driving but a bit of a walk if you want to go sightseeing. Pleasant area next to the lake.

Final stop on our road trip around Europe, and like all the other hotels we used, this was excellent. Parking was easy and straightforward, and the hotel is 15-20 mins walk from the centre of Hannover. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfast and dinner was excellent too.

The food at the attached restaurant is ridiculously expensive and quality/taste below average. Waiters are so friendly but extremely slow (hardly any tables were filled with guests), we had to go to them, wanting to pay (after we got up, starred at them, pretended to walk away..). Hopefully hotels will start considering putting 2 chairs at a desk. We are both working.

Das Zimmer mit Sicht auf den See war neu eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal beim Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unhöflich und arrogant resp. beim Auschecken hat die Person an der Rezeption mich mit dem falschen Namen angesprochen, sich zwar auf meinen Hinweis entschuldigt; aber aufgrund ihrer Reaktion muss ich davon ausgehen, dass das kein Einzelfall war/ist. Es würde sich lohnen, dass die Führungspersonen besser hinschauen würden.
