Great central location close to main railway station with great choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again. English tv channels would be beneficial though.

Nice room, excellent location

Room was spacious and I did not hear noise from neighbours. Good bed, Room did not have airco. Shower with glas, visible from the room. Does not give a lot of privacy. But I was alone. Did not take breakfast. Excellent location.

Good hotel but misleading information

The main reasons I booked this hotel was its proximity to the train station and because it offered laundry facilities. Well, it was close to the train station but they don't have laundry facilities... they offer laundry services at exorbitant prices (1 polo shirt for 8.50€, a pair od socks for 4.50€). If I had done my load of laundry there it would have cost me close to 200€.

Nice clean hotel located very convenient to the train station. The first receptionist was very nice and friendly with good English. Next day I asked the housekeeper to do my room and she gave me the dirty look (didn’t speak any English) very rude told me with face literally she wasn’t gonna clean my room, I told her is ok no problem leave it. Just gave me clean towels. I went down to report this to the receptionist and she basically was on the housekeeper side. She said is late to do your room. I told her this is a hotel you should provide what I need I don’t need to beg you for something she has to do. Is her job . Anyway I decided to better go for a walk instead of fighting with rudeness . Next time in Germany I’ll not stay here. I’m paying for a service and I need to feel comfortable where I’m staying. Personal needs to be train to work in customer service. Is too bad that this cute hotel has people spoiling a good review.

Die Frühstücksauswahl war übersichtlich und das Zimmer hat leider nicht dem eines 4-Sterne-Hotels entsprochen. Bei der Anreise lagen auf dem unbenutzten Bett noch Haare und im Badezimmer fehlte es am Seifenspender. Die Lage des Hotels in Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist vorteilhaft.

Udmærket hotel som levede op. til forventningerne. Sæbe og shampoo var meget parfumerede, men der var god plads på værelset og på badeværelset. Fint sted til kort ophold tæt på banegården.
