令人流連忘返的飯店

飯店就是個大園林，處處是景，讓人不出飯店就流連忘返。每棟樓各有特色，大廳氣派高雅有歷史、文化及藝術氣息。早餐時坐在窗邊的位置，看著陽光灑滿綠色草坪，聽著鳥兒悅耳叫聲，品嘗豐盛的早餐，賞心悅目，讓一天充滿歡愉。客房看來剛整修過，設備很新，整潔又衛生，住得很舒服。服務人員很親切。唯一遺憾的是，有團客來開會或用餐，大聲喧囂，環境就變得很吵鬧，飯店素質就往下掉，讓人受不了。

Secluded resort

Overall the services were good and prompt. The entire complex is well maintained, esp the garden.

Out of the way location

After hustle and bustle of Shanghai this hotel was a total contrast. Peaceful and quiet location with nice walks around the lake. Not used to western visitors but helpful staff. Hotel could do with a facelift and decoration looks tired but good value for location.

缺點： 1.飯店位置在三台山路，又碰上假日，雙向車道，會變成單向，沒有Taxi願意載客去； 2.沒有接送車，租借腳踏車要另外押500元人民幣，感覺不舒服。 3.入住時房門卡，要再押金100元人民幣，而房門卡是我進出房間的Key，不舒服； 4.早上七點在一號樓就有施工，很吵；中庭的人聲可以繞樑到三F房間內； 5.自助早餐真的沒特色，沒有菜色，最後吃粥配醬菜； 優點： 1.飯店四周大樹林立，空氣很好 2.自然景觀氛圍，適合放空發呆 3.Lobby大門口的服務員親切有禮，主動積極

必要は十分に満たしているホテルです。

今回は仕事での利用でしたが、部屋は十分にキレイでした。 ただ歩いて行ける距離に食事する場所が無いので基本的にホテルのレストランを利用したのですが、時間が20時か21時まででした。ルームサービスも同じくらいの時間で終わってしまうので夜中小腹が空くとちょっと辛いです。 スタッフの対応は丁寧でしたが、英語が話せるスタッフはフロントに居る方のみの様でちょっとコミュニケーションには苦労します。

Resort hotel in a park setting

This hotel is in a beautiful green, quiet, relaxing setting. We stayed three nights. From the hotel, it is just a short stroll down to the closest part of West Lake and from their you can take some of the beautiful walks among the famed islands and bridges of West Lake. The rooms are well maintained, well-appointed, and very comfortable, but not super luxurious. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The staff were courteous and helpful. There was always someone on duty who could speak English.

環境清幽，服務專業

Check in時飯店表示系統未註明需加床，因此安排不能加床的雙人房，房間很新，蠻漂亮的，但空間太小不能加床，後來飯店幫我們改到較舊的主要大樓，房間較大但在廚房樓上，油煙味及清晨的噪音有點難受，不過飯店員工各個親切有禮，比起硬體設備的不足，飯店人員細心的招待方式讓人感到更舒適，且據說舊大樓即將改裝，未來更不用耽心硬體問題了吧！

乾淨大方，地點較遠

地點略偏一點，但是不算不方便，可以搭公車(游2)Y2～3塊錢蘇堤下車，再走個十多分鐘就到莊園了。附近的南湖以及武狀元坊附近都十分寧靜，遊人少，但景色一樣恬靜優美。飯店裡面也很方便，餐廳廚師廚藝頗佳，乾淨整潔，沒有煙味，隔音效果也不錯，稍微潮溼一點點就是：）。

幽雅清静

距离西湖很近，紧邻花港观鱼；闹中取静，隐于山林深处；内部园林虽不大，却难得一份清幽；作为外事办的酒店，里面还有杭州姊妹城市赠送的礼品展示。房间虽不奢华，但却很大很宽敞很干净。相当大房间，卫生间稍显拘谨。

酒店位置比较难找，虽然离西湖并不远，但从酒店出来到大路步行要10多分钟，不过有酒店电瓶车接送到大门口这点比较赞。酒店人员服务态度不错～ 设施么新楼可以，老楼环境不好，很旧！酒店大门附近的火狐狸餐厅很棒！

Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch außerhalb des Großstadtwahnsinns, der West Lake liegt sehr nahe und ist im Gegensatz zum Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.

hidden place with marvelous service

This Hotel is a little bit far away from the Main Xi Lake as well as city central. However, the hidden place feeling with marvelously maintained nature around the Hotel is what makes it truly unique and exceptional from others. This place is very quiet and highly recommended for couples.
