What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even anticipating needs before I had to ask. Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience. An extraordinary stay

Excellent service for both parents and kids! We stayed at the hotel during the Easter holiday. The kids were given a pack of Easter souvenirs and puzzle hunt materials. They even received their own room card. We were also surprised when we returned to our room from West Lake to find that the hotel had prepared Easter desserts for the kids, as well as an anniversary cake and decorations for the parents. We both enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons. The weather was bad when we checked out, but the staff even accompanied us from the hotel to the metro station to help us avoid getting wet from the rain. Thank you for the beautiful room and services!
