“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here overall, but the experience was bookended by two entirely different worlds. Check-in on the afternoon of 18 August was an absolute breeze—the receptionist who assisted me was a proper professional, welcoming and efficient, setting a cracking first impression. Unfortunately, check-out on the morning of 19 August (around 10:00 a.m.) was an absolute shambles that completely derailed an otherwise brilliant stay, courtesy of the two older reception staff....

“What a gem! Met up there for an overnight stay with friends. Great location and ideally situated for walking. Our rooms were in the main building. They were spacious and well-equipped with tea/coffee making, proper milk and snacks. The beds were also very comfy and the en suite had a great shower.
