According my experience of different hot spring and spa in Japan it is the best. very good location, not very far from the highway or railway station. Beautiful nature with mountain and river, natural hot spring. Exceptional friendly and cooperative staff, food was great. I really thankful to the hotel for providing me the room with a private natural hot spring spa. It was excellent.

露天風呂がすばらしい宿

大雪の日にレンタカーで宿にたどり着きました。道中たどりつくまで不安でしたが、到着してから、雪をみながら露天風呂に入ることができ感激しました。お部屋も清潔で広く快適でした。

温泉の泉質は、少しトロミがありお肌ツルツルになります。 食事も大変美味しかったですし、部屋も綺麗でした。 ただ一つだけ、部屋が2階でしたが、エレベーターがありませんでした。

初の優香苑

兄弟の入籍前にお祝いとしてちょっと背伸びをして優香苑に宿泊しました。 お部屋はとても清潔で、宿泊した部屋から川が見えました。雪が夜降り始めたのですが、露天からはとても綺麗に見え幻想的でした。露天の温度は私はぬるく感じましたが、長湯するにはちょうどいいのかもしれません。 夕飯は品数が多く飽きることなくたくさんのおかずがあり食事も満足に楽しめました。 私にはお高めのところなので、また何かの機会に伺いたいと思います。

一点だけ意見を言わせてください

家族四人で行きました。施設も豪華で、スタッフもきちんとした対応をしてくれましたし、夕食も食べきれないくらいでした。 寒い日でしたので、歩いていかなければならない日帰り入浴用のお風呂までは、行くのを断念しました（笑） 施設も若干補修が必要な年月が経ってましたが、十分に清掃されており快適でした。 ただ、せっかくの高級お宿なのに、朝8時には掃除やリネン交換の道具が無造作に置かれて、安宿と同じ「早く帰って」オーラを出しており、かなり残念でした。 たった4時間程度で作業するとなるととても忙しいとは思いますが、このような作業はチェックアウト時間の後にすれば満点だと思います。

ひろーいホテルです

横長に広く、入ってすぐに大きい旅館だなというのが最初の感想です。 お部屋は一階で大きい方の大浴場に近くて便利でしたが2階の人はちょっと面倒かも。 お風呂は三ヶ所あり、1番大きな所にしかいっていませんが、清潔で快適でした。 お部屋も綺麗でスタッフさんも感じかよく不満なし。不思議だなと思ったのは室内のお水は200円なのに、旅館内にある自動販売機のお水は130円とコンビニと同じ。なんでだろうなーと思いました。 食事はちょうど良い量で味もよかったです。 お品書きはありましたが、説明を口頭であるともっと良いかなと思いますが、効率化の問題かも。許容範囲です。 あと、ビールはさすがに高いなと感じました。 ワインは普通なのに。 改善の余地はあるものの、総合してよい旅館であり、また機会があれば行きたいです。

温泉が良い

閑静で森林浴ができ、宿も宮大工の臭いがし温泉もよく快適でした。食事も食べきれないくらいあり、満足でした。しいてあげれば、赤身の刺身が少し生臭く感じました。
