夕食時に、スタッフさんが家族写真を撮ってくださいました。ありがとうございます。 館内どこも清潔感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気で、大満足です。 ドリンクコーナーの種類も多く、大人も子供も楽しめました。 露天風呂も広くて、景色が最高です。 キッズコーナーと温泉卓球で、子供が退屈せずよかったです。 御朱印帳にも丁寧に対応していただき、本当にありがとうございます。

チェックアウトが１１時だったので本当にゆっくり過ごせました。 部屋までがものすごく遠いので、移動が大変でした。途中子供が遊べる所があるので遊ばせながら休憩～そしてまた移動～という感じで過ごせたので、遠くても子供も飽きなかったようです。 子供用の浴衣もありましたが、甚平ではなく浴衣のみなので９５サイズくらいの服を着てる子だと裾を踏んで転んでしまいそうです。 食事もおいしかったのですが、片手に幼児を抱っこした状態で小学校低学年の子供の見ながら子供用の椅子を席まで運んでいるとき、すぐ横に数名のスタッフの方々がいたのに、どなたも声掛けや手助けはありませんでした。

チェックインの時にフロントで棟を変更して貰いました。 柔軟な対応を感謝です。 ただ、夕食は90分制で、朝食は60分制、ゆっくり出来ません。 個別のコンロがありその熱のせいか、食堂は暑いです。 バイキングでいっせいに取りに行くので、押し合いでした。 温泉は、カルキ臭がします。

ジュニアスイートに泊まりました。予想以上にキレイで子どもたちが喜んでいました✨ キッズスペースは小学校以下の小さい子ども向けという感じです。 温泉は無味無臭で、内風呂1、露天風呂1と温泉旅館のわりには少なく感じましたが、いつも、空いていて入りやすかったです。

トイレは狭く使いずらい 部屋についている風呂が普通のユニットバスなのにサイトのイメージ画像は勘違いするから逆にガッカリした。部屋にも温泉の脱衣所にも冷たい水があれば良かった。ベットは寝やすかったし温泉も凄く良かった、露天風呂もサウナも最高でした。トータル的に料金が高いイメージでした。
