Hampton Inn at Manistee Waterfront was nice. It is a perfectly nice hotel. It had a nice breakfast, things felt clean, and it was in a nice setting. We did not book a waterfront view, which would have been a nice upgrade but not necessary.

We love this place! It's our annual get-away location for our grandchild's midwinter or spring break. The pool and hot tub are great! The beds are comfy and the beach view can't be beat! It's also very clean and in great condition. The breakfasts have a wonderful hot and cold selection.

Good property, good room, lobby staff was not that friendly or kind, but I did have a lady at night that was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was very, very good! Only complaint besides some of the staff would be that from the rooms you could hear people in the hallway. All in all I will be coming back.
