The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being located so close to the boardwalk, an excellent location. The room was simple, neat and clean, the staff very pleasant and helpful. Parking onsite was appreciated. I would recommend the Surf House to other travelers and would happily stay there again.

The room was rather small but clean overall. The pool was very nice and kept up with. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated having my own parking spot for the weekend. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants was a plus!

Been going to Hampton Beach for years and this is the place to stay. Super clean modern room awesome shower. You are assigned a parking spot so no guessing. Staff greeted us - very professional always cleaning and sweeping. Awesome pool with towels to use. Their photos are exactly what you get. Five star stay definitely. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed in one of the suites across from the original property and it was perfect. It accommodated our family of 6 and the walking distance to the boardwalk and beach was close and easy especially with two toddlers. The suite was super clean. The only complaint would be them not enforcing the quiet hours, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Especially the loud ones at 3:30am with loud music and yelling. Other than that we had a great experience!

It was very clean and a great location! Update room was very nice. Only problem was the hot water… it took a looooonnnnggggg time for the water to warm up for the shower. For some reason it helped when you turned on the water in the bathroom sink as well. Other than that- great place to stay. My 25 year old daughter and I loved it.
