We had a wonderful stay at The Ships Inn in Hampton Beach! The entire staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, and their hospitality truly stood out. The inn was a great place to stay while enjoying everything Hampton Beach has to offer, and the positive atmosphere made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Ships Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hampton Beach. Our room was smelly, the bed was very hard, the toilet was loose. The outdoor amenities were dirty. I would never go back. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Don't listen to these other reviews. This place is just fine. The rooms we had were spacious, clean enough, and had everything we needed and more. I admit that reading some of these horrendous reviews almost had me switching hotels. But once again, internet reviews turned out to be mostly written by folks who don't know how to appreciate things. The only thing I disliked was that it could have been about $100 cheaper. That's it. Enjoy your stay, it's a fun little spot.

The rooms could be updated but it was clean. The roof was excellent to watch the fireworks. Very closed to the beach strip. But… the pool was disgustingly gross. Dingy water, mold around the pool. How if chlorine is supposed to clean all that! They didn’t want to refund the second day the purpose of my trip was to swim in the pool but didn’t get to. I don’t swim in the ocean but made the best of it outside the hotel.

Slightly obstructed beach view but there is a deck and a pool and it’s close to everything. The hotel has seen many years but it is maintained and clean with a few updates. Could do with a few more updates in the kitchenettes but it is well stocked and I’d stay there anytime!

Nice size fridge, two dirty electric burners, one pan, 1 knife and spoon, one bowl, 2 mugs, coffee maker, toaster, rusty microwave, nothing else. No paper towels. So have to buy what you need. One ice tray. Good toilet paper. Pools look nice but grounds are weedy and feel unclean, cigarette butts were mostly picked up when I asked. Can’t see ocean but it’s close. Old rusty electric floor heater from 1960’s? At least could paint it. Other repairs needed. Beds very firm, appeared clean. Two fabric covered chairs could use cleaning. Just about only reasonable priced room with kitchenette but I didn’t use the stovetop burners and would not go back here if I could afford somewhere else. Convenient to concert we were attending.

This is a good hotel for the price, and very close to beach. The room had 2 double beds which were comfortable, also had a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The tv had many channels to choose from. This is an older hotel so t could use a little tlc in spots, but if your looking for easy access to beach and the strip at a great price this is it. The man at front desk is very helpful as well
