Great stay!

Stayed in the Penthouse and it was great. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better for the kids, 2 minutes to the heart of the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This has been out best stay in Hampton Beach and one of the best 0laces we have stayed anywhere. The staff were great andthe owner was extremely welcoming. We plan to make Ocean Air Suites our only place to stay when were in town.

This place was very clean and the woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect! Parking situation not too terrific. We went out to dinner and came back and there were no spaces left for us.

Nice but not “superb”

The room was good with all the amenities needed for a long stay. Some dark shades would be helpful. Again, the stay was good but it doesn’t deserve a “superb” rating. The TV’s were small and not HD! All appliances have obviously been there for a while. Bed was lumpy but ok.

Not what we expected

Paid for 2 double beds and pull out and got a queen and futon then an air mattress and some money taken off. Also expressed I needed more toilet paper the day we were checking out the “front” said either I wait till housekeeping comes which is check out or I can look and see if their shed is unlocked it wasn’t. So told to call housekeeping directly. No help to actually make sure I got some. Also the photos were either not on their site or not the same as what we expected. Location is prime though

Futon pas tres comfortable, mais lit principal confortable. Chambre propre, deux lattes de store vertical à remplacer ainsi que filtre de la sécheuse. Télé moche, faible définition (pas de HD), avec la petite taille de l ‘écran on voit mal.
