The rooms were well appointed. Spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable with nice cotton linens. Complimentary bottled water was appreciated. My son loved the playground. Would like to come back when the pool is open. There was only a few things missing, such a hair dryer and slippers. We did ask for a small step stool for my son so he can reach the sink to brush his teeth but they did seem to have one on the premise. Breakfast service was poor.

We have been coming to the Hampton Maid for more than 20 years! This resort is beautiful and centrally located in the heart of Hamptons Bays across from the Shinnecock Inlet. There is no resort in all of the Hamptons that maintains their resort in such pristine condition. The staff are responsive and friendly. The breakfast is charming and cozy!

Love this place. I am a return visitor. The cottages are modern,, with cottage chic vibe. We stayed in the junior suite. Spacious room and bathroom. Loved our deck and outdoor fireplace. The campus is cute with a nice pool and seating area. The restaurant is so good. A lovely stay. We went with my parents to celebrate mom's birthday and it made for a special weekend.
