The owners are very nice and attentive. She always offers great local recommendations for vineyards and other attractions. This was our second time there, and we will return. Great location for visiting Lakes Keuka and Seneca.

The resort is a quaint, roadside hotel that has undergone renovations, restorations. It is not a Marriott! It was built in the 1960’s, and is still structurally the same but with upgrades! It fits the Finger Lakes region. Our room was very clean, the owners are very responsive, breakfast was adequate. It is small town! Conveniently located. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!!

It is a privately owned hotel, not a part of any big chain. The owner was super welcoming and helpful. The location is close to Hummondsport and many of the local wineries and reastaurants. The room was well appointed and very clean. Would definitely stay again, when in the area.

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The bath towels were small. The mattress was too soft. My husband and I prefer a firm mattress. Consequently, our back was hurting in the morning. The mini muffins were very fresh and delicious.

The staff were lovely. Even helped us arrange transportation to our concert venue. The rooms are clean and basic. This hotel is quite tired but we had no issues with clean sheets and hot water. It was good for 1 night.

I recently stayed here and firstly, the front desk was SO nice. She was very welcoming and polite. She made checking in and out very easy. Secondly, the location/ amenities were standard motel stuff, there was an ice machine and a vending machine and a little outdoor area. Lastly, the cleanliness was 3/5 definitely not hotel standard but you get what you pay for the price!! No sign of bugs anywhere which was a plus and towels/sheets smelled fresh. I own a cleaning business so I may be biased but there were some stray hairs in the sink and sheets and the toilet base was not clean. Other than that everything was pretty clean, no smell, and AC worked super well. I would recommend this place to someone if they would be okay with those things and want an easy and cheap stay.

This is an old fashioned, family run motel. The place was spotlessly clean and the lady at the front desk was very sweet. Both the water temperature and pressure in the shower and sink were inconsistent.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Over time the improvements to the property have been ongoing and always improving. The staff is always friendly and helpful, room was clean, and the breakfast was just what we needed to get our day started. Our latest stay was in a word ... Awesome. We probably shouldn't say how nice it is here, for a little get-away, or everyone will want to go !

The place looks pretty regular but then I walked in the room and it was very nice! It was studio apartment style with a jacuzzi in the room. It was amazing just like a hot tub. Bed was kinda bouncy though ago it was kinda meh. But other than that, it was lovely and we had a small breakfast in the morning. The innkeeper did her best all on her own and was really nice as well. Overall great for the price and peaceful even being next to a road.
