The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due to how far they are from decent restaurants and businesses in IL. Overall I wouldnt come back but at lease there weren't major safety of rodent issues.

I know it was cheap (I paid $96). The room was very large. But the place is kind of a dump. Air conditioner was loud and took forever to cool off the room. No shampoo or anything in the shower. Ice machine broken. But - It served its purpose and my car and boat were still there in the morning and not damaged. So I guess it was a win...

As of December 2025, rooms are newly remodeled. Everything was like new in our room. We rented the Superior King room. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. This hotel used to be a Super 8 and it was horribly outdated and filthy. Red Roof Inn did a good job making this a habitable hotel. I will return

From outside, the property looks a little rundown. When you step in your room, you gonna be pleasantly surprised because it is very well remodeled. The staff is professional and they keep the hotel looking good and safe.

The room was very clean and odor free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the room was very noisy from the parking lot. Also the ice machine ran out twice while I was there. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The staff were friendly and the check in process was really smooth. The room was very clean and I had no issues. The person in the room across the hall was loud and coming in and out of their room all night slamming the door which interrupted my sleep but other than that everything was great.
