I assume the reason why the nightly rate is so cheap is due to the cockoach infestation they have. I have seen 3 cockroaches in my room and upset that staff will not refund me my money so I can stay at a cleaner & more sanitary hotel due to the fact I have a toddler

They could do better cleaning people rooms like when I stay there they didn't come in my room to clean it so they could have did better job when I left and came to clean my room and some of the staff the cleaning staff they they was like a two star but anything else that the area and the place that I was going is like 20 minutes away I went to the Michael Jackson family house and Gary and with like 20 minutes away and I needed to Walmart that was like 10 minutes away so everything else was okay earlier was safe

Did not expect Motel 6 to be a total dump!! Should have figured when rhe check in motel staff are behind a bullet proof glass. Room door 2nd security latch barely in place. The room was so sparse just a bed and a $15 desk chair. The sink faucet is loose and the toilet seat and tub are burnt wirh cigarette marks!! The clientele was shady and tried to fall asleep but the outside ppl were fighting, swearing and smoking drugs that came in from AC and door. Lets say i had mace and protection right next to me all night!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
