Overall, my hotel stay was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed to learn that complimentary breakfast was not included with my stay at the Holiday Inn. Breakfast was available, but only for an additional charge. As someone who travels frequently, I have found that most hotels offer some form of complimentary breakfast, which I believe adds value and convenience for guests.
