Good location of the hotel and central to all that Hammamet has to offer. About 35 mins from Enfida airport. Other than shops, a theme/water park and a boat harbour, there isn't really much else to see. The beach is 100 metres from the hotel and is fairly clean and stretches for miles, with all other 5 class hotels situated on the beach strip. The hotel, although 5 class, is really 4 star at best, and in need of serious modernisation. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of an All Inclusive is satisfactory offering international and local cuisine. The cuisine is fairly extensive however lacks every day variety and quality and is perhaps not in keeping with a 5 star but rather a 4 star hotel. There are also 3 a la karte restaurants (Tunisian, Mediterranean and Italian) that can be booked 24 hours in advance on the All Inclusive but cuisine was average. Pool facilities offer the usual entertainment and again adequate but found the music poolside to be rather loud. Adequate sun loungers. Rooms are clean but basic. Plants on the balconies are not well maintained. Gym is basic, dusty, but functional. Overall a 3.75 out of 5 is a fair rating from me.

The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud.

The hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great with direct access to the beach. The room was clean but did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The beach was not very clean, and the lobby was small and lacked the spacious feel of a luxury hotel. The gym was small, with old, limited equipment, and the air conditioning was not working. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, but the taste was below expectations, although the desserts were excellent. The air conditioning in most public areas was ineffective, except in the guest rooms. Overall, the hotel has a great location and excellent staff, but in my opinion, it does not deserve a five-star rating.

An amazing memorable experience

Everything was fine, customer service was really great especiall (Majdi) who was very helpful and friendly. The activity team were friendly and really good. Hotel room was great, and they provide us an amazing gift upgrade. The area around was calm and everything is close to the hotel. Thank you so much, medina solaria stuff. Was a good stay but everywhere I went everyone was trying to sell me something . Fair enough outside , the shops attached to the hotel were very aggressive but inside the hotel their was receptionists, he kept trying to sell me excursions or trips and I would never ask. He then said are you not going to buy something with me, like I needed too and he only wanted it for which would seem like commission. I said over and over again , I'm not here for this and I just want to relax. I was going to sousse after my stay and asked for a transfer to which is was £60 from the hotel was quoted. I said I would look around and the receptionist looked upset and I said it's very expensive. I found one for £27 and when I told him I wouldn't book he was upset . I then said can I reserve to go to the restaurant in the evening, he said I need to speak to the head chef! This was unbelievable! All because I wouldn't buy anything with him . Other then this everyone was nice it was just this receptionist which ruined my stay

El concepto de todo incluido está bien aunque no lo tienen bien asimilado, pero la comida, los servicios y las instalaciones no estan a la altura de un 5 estrellas, en el salón el aire acondicionado siempre apagado con una masificación de gente importante para que así tengas que marcharte empapado en sudor e incluso sin comer por el calor asfixiante, los horarios de todas las comidas terminan muy temprano con lo que sí o sí en vez de descansar tienes que madrugar para desayunar y prácticamente cenar a la hora de la merienda, además media hora antes de acabar dejan de reponer para que no haya comida y 15 minutos antes ya te la están retirando y de malas formas para que te marches lo antes posible, teníamos reserva en 3 de los 4 restaurantes que hay y después de pasar por el primero e irnos sin cenar anulamos la reserva en los otros. Cogimos este hotel porque tenía club infantil, fuimos el primer día y nos marchamos a los 5 minutos, no volvimos más a llevar allí a nuestra hija. Me da pena por el personal de recepción, el de animación, 3 camareros que estaban en un salón más pequeño y el camarero de nuestra planta que han sido encantadores y muy amables porque ellos sí se han portado de 10. Sinceramente no volvería a este hotel si hubiera tenido esta información.

Chambre et vue conforme a nos attentes. Le séjour c'est bien passé, nous avions réservé la formule tout compris. -Chambre propre et services chambre excellent. Nourriture varié et disponible même en plein saison, (nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir découvrir plusieurs plats tunisiens. plusieurs étaient préparé sur place afin de nous offrir l'expérience complète et de permettre de les personnaliser) -Animation durant toute la journée, matin après-midi et soir autour de la piscine. -Plage privée avec bar surplace et relaxes disponibles. -Piscine propre et le personnel vous trouve une place même si c'est bondé. -restauration durant toute la journée. -passes offerts quotidiennement pour Carthage land et carthage aqualand. Pour le personnel je tiens à les remercier énormément, ils reflètent l'esprit accueillant et généreux des Tunisiens, aucun incident a signaler surtout qu'ils essayent de vous mettre a l'aise malgré leurs charge de travail. Seule remarque: L'hôtel a mon avis n'est pas un 5 étoiles en comparaison avec les hôtels 5 étoiles ailleurs, mais cette remarque ne change rien au faite que nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour et que nous avons profité pleinement de notre période en compagnie de notre enfant de 2ans et demi

Clairement pas un 5 étoiles, au mieux 1 étoile voir un camping. Service nul pour un 5 étoiles. Téléphone chambre marche pas, sens l’humidité, pas d’eau dans la chambre, repas ressemble à une cantine, serviette de plage vous la prête seulement en échange de 20 dinars etc… Si vous souhaitez vraiment un 5 étoiles dirigez vous plutôt vers les chaînes d’hôtels connues
