I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead and booked this resort. The place is amazing – super clean and really well kept. The staff honestly deserve 10 stars; everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurants were great too, and the food was delicious. We stayed for a week, and every day there was something new on the menu. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

This is not a 5-star luxury resort. While was likely impressive once, parts of the property now feel tired and run down.The room was clean and had the basics (toiletries, safe, hair dryer, fridge), but the fridge had a strong unpleasant smell.The room also smelled of cigarettes, which was unpleasant as a non-smoker. The main grounds and pool were well maintained; however, other areas showed visible wear. There was lots of rubbish in some parts including the beach area, and the steam room had mould and paint peeling from the ceiling. The staff were extremely lovey in the spa.The beach bar was totally derelict and not in use, and the beach itself was never set up with loungers or staff none of which was mentioned at booking. The all-inclusive options were limited, with similar meals daily and the exact same snacks served. Almost all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff. However, the repeated sales pitches became uncomfortable. Providing written information with prices in rooms would allow guests to decide without feeling pressured and then they can ask the representatives. My last transfer arranged by the hotel. The driver asked me to get out and check if it was the correct drop off , he was more focused on immediate payment than ensuring I was safely in the right place. Perhaps due to a language barrier but as a solo female this was very uneasy.

Last year, we were accommodated in a much newer and more comfortable bungalow. This time, however, we were given an older one in comparison to the surrounding options. I may be mistaken, but it gave the impression that certain nationalities might have been given preference. On a positive note, the swimming pools are excellent, the food is of high quality, and the resort is very suitable for families.

The staff were excellent. The evening front desk at check-in were super nice and fast. The bartender Ahmad at the Beach-Bar is very respectful and makes nice fresh mojitos. The staff at the main restaurant were friendly and accommodating, especially Nouredine and Hamadi who oversee the main restaurant plus 3 waiters: 1 served the right side of the patio section, and the 2 others served the right inside of the restaurant. All 5 never missed a single request, not to my group, but they were also very nice to all other guests. There is a huge variety of food during each of the 3 daily meals at the main restaurant, not so at the beach restaurant though. The Entertainment team are friendly and offered decent shows despite the clear lack of resources. Minor number of staff seemed selective of who they were more friendly towards, based on age, gender, and nationality. The room however needs improvement especially the bathroom sliding glass door of the 2nd room was hard to maneuver and got stuck multiple times, which was impossible for my child to use. Also, adding a door to the 2nd room for privacy would be great since adults also use the room. Mosquitos are awful, but it's not the hotels fault. Make sure to take some bugs spray. There are no tables with the beach lounging chairs, so you either put your drink or snack on your chair or on the sand. Overall the good outranks the everything else. I hope this review helps the hotel make some improvements.

Beau sur la papier mais une fois sur place la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous. 5 étoiles mais pas mieux que 3, et encore. Bruyant ! Sommeil léger s’abstenir. Situé à côté de clubs en plein air qui organisent des festivals electro… Le personnel est accueillant et souriant sauf quelques individus de l’accueil qui n’ont pas appris les règles élémentaires attendues dans ce genré d’établissement. Bref, on y va une fois, mais on n’y retourne pas… Bien pour 2-3 nuits max. PS le buffet est correct et varié

Bungalow très sympathique et spacieux même s’il demanderait un peu de rafraîchissement. Séjour très agréable tout de même !!! Petit défaut : une seule chaîne francophone accessible à la TV (même si le but 1er d’un tel séjour n’est clairement pas cela…). Équipe de réception au top, serveur très pro en salle (spéciale dédicace à Fethi), nourriture très bonne et variée

Nach all den negativen Bewertungen in letzter Zeit, waren wir drauf und dran, die Buchung zu stornieren und ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Wir sind dann doch hierher gekommen und können die meisten negativen Berichte nicht teilen. Sicher ist das Hotel nicht perfekt und mit einigen Kleinigkeiten würde sich hier viel mehr rausholen lassen, aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hierher kommen.

Hôtel plutôt 3étoiles. Kids club toujours fermé, il faut leur demander de l'ouvrir car parfois l'animatrice ne se réveille pas. Les activités annoncées ne sont pas toujours proposées. Les chambres sont moins jolies en réalité. Buffet et restaurant pas terrible.

Malheureusement, la déception a commencé au niveau de la réception surtout avec le superviseur et son adjoint, qui étaient des hypocrites malgré qu'on a fait une réservation d'avance d'un mois pour 2 bangalows pour toute la famille, à notre arrivé on a été séparés, chaque bangalow était à l'extrême opposé de l'autre, on a été devisé pendant tout le séjour. Les bangalows étaient catastrophique, manque d'hygiène, manque de confort, problème de climatisation et d'éclairage, moustiques en abondance impossible de s'asseoir à l'air libre. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles et surment pas la chaîne Iberostar.

Cet Hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. L’infrastructure, même récemment rénovée, reste inadaptée et mal entretenue. Par exemple les matelas des lits sont durs et pas de sur matelas. Les oreilles ne sont pas de bonne qualité. Aussi le personnel n’est pas serviable ni bienveillant… Nous avons réservé un bungalow supérieur et à l’arrivée nous avons eu un bungalow classique avec des vieilles fenêtres et du simple vitrage laissant passer tous le bruit environnant. La climatisation au maximum ne permet pas de refroidir le bungalow… Perso, je ne recommande pas.
