The staff were all lovely but we had cockroaches in the bathroom, the food was the same everyday some days they had events it was overcrowded and nowhere to sit at lunch. The wifi was scetchy. I had to ask for shower gel as it wasn't replenished but beds were comfy. Limited drinks

I paid extra for all inclusive and the only okay thing that comes out of it is the breakfast . when ever i asked for a coffee i had to pay extra or i got the machine maid none drinkable coffee for free Waist of my money and false advertising by the hotel Internet is so slow at reception and no wifi at all in the rooms To put things clear i did not get what i paid for not happy

My overall stay was average based on: Service was average except the man at the dinner time- excellent One day, the lady came in the morning, remove my towels snd I got new ones in middle of afternoon. I got some water dripping from the air conditioner silling, I had to put a towel in the floor. The room is equipped with old transistor tv. The toilet was not properly fixed on the floor, and the mirror frame is due to be paint. Limited access to the elevator and they are slow, faster to go up by the stairs. For me, the condition of the hotel is not a 4 stars, I will say 3. By chance that I spent most of my time at the beach……

When we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that we’ve booked only for 2 adults whilst I’ve booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child. That’s why we got a room with one kingsize bed and one single bed. I didn’t wanna argue as I we were tired because our flight was delayed and we didn’t catch the connecting flight. Anyway, I was supposed to pay at the hotel, 4.006,- (1.157,- TND) + taxes for the stay (3 TND or. Night or. Person) so I ended up paying 1.480,- TND as I paid extra for the 3. Adult person. First he tried to tell us that we didn’t pay for an all-inclusive stay, so we need to pay more if we wanted to have it. I argued with the staff about that and they gave us all-inclusive as a “goodwill”, said one of the staff behind the desk. The facility hasn’t been taking care of for decades, and things start to fall and are broken. The elevators are horrible, and you have to guess which floor you are on because no displays work properly. The ventilation is horrible and the smell of the food would stay for hours after the meal. They don’t clean the rooms properly, everything was dirty, and even the bed you could tell how they clean it (By hands). When we finally wanted to check out, the said we haven’t paid for the taxes. And we ended up paying 43 TND extra. Some of the staff were amazing, and I even gave them tips for the service, but the hotel is overall horrible to stay at, at least as a family. I wouldn’t care if I was alone or with my boys.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!! Arrival-Well where do I begin on arrival got the most rudest receptionist (Fady)no welcome just a key stuck in our hands.We booked a family room for four adults. Once at the room it was disgusting , very dirty, stained sheets, blocked sink with half of someone's dinner coming back up, broken bath, no fridge, tv didn't work.One double bed and broken bunk beds which would fit a five year old not an adult . We complained to the very unwelcoming and very rude staff at the reception who were bombarded with other guests complaining. They gave us a second room for 1 night before a family room was a available. This room was no better than the first in fact it was unused room. After travelling 12 hours we were exhausted. Day 1-Okba offered us a family room bigger but the same dirty, no fridge ,tv not working, broken bath panel. 1 light bulb in the room which should have had five, no safe deposit box , even a cockroach was there to greet us. Po Okba assured us he would sort everything. Safe deposit did come. We tipped him £20 Sterling, We never saw him again. When you contact reception about anything in the room they just say “it will come” . Ten days later and we are still waiting. I went to the supermarket and purchased bleach and cleaning materials so I could clean the room from top to bottom as no Expedia rep on site we were stuck. Indoor pool is closed, outdoor pool ok first thing in the morning ,beach full with jelly unable to swim
