They had our room available an hour earlier (3pm) which really helped us out as we had to be at a wedding for 4:30pm. They communicated very well via text and 2 phone calls. Very professional and courteous. Room was clean and modern. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't use the kitchenette at all. I would definitely stay there again if we ever are visiting Hamilton again.

Well located, great apartment. Only received check-in instructions at last minute. Lucky I had data to check-in and get my code. Even luckier to have Amal (employee at the hotel) showing up and guiding us with patience to our room. So…clean, modern, hip. A place I would book again.

A great stay! Great location and easy to get around the city from the hotel. Quiet and clean, would totally stay again. Only heads up is that Hotels.com doesn't pass your email info to the Laundry Room, so you do need to follow up directly with them a couple days before your stay to get some additional info in and book parking (if needed). Otherwise, very easy to book!

This property is in a convenient location and the suites are spacious and well-equipped. There is a full kitchen as well. The check-in process is all online, there is no front desk, and access to your room is based on having the right code to punch in. I have stayed here a few times and things have gone smoothly. However, my very last stay was disappointing in that the shower stall was definitely not cleaned well. Mold was trapped in the shower door and enclosure, and as water from the running shower hit the shower door, it dislodged black mold that made its way onto the shower floor. I had to run the water for several minutes for this stream to abate. This is the sort of thing that ruins your experience at the property.

Clean place but the unit didn’t smell the best maybe it was the filter from the ac unit I’m not sure. I tried to take a shower but was surprised there was no hot water. I messaged the hotel through Expedia but received no response. Convenient location with lots around but for Hamilton this is expensive.
