Stay was great and hotel staff was amazing, took me an hour to check in with expedia when the reason it was a nightmare was expedias fault i still dont understand. Thankful for the woman at the front desk today that just put me in my room

Great receptionists; great customer service. Few things were not working when we stayed. The door card keys were not working. When we entered the room, the bathroom sink was not working. Because we checked in late, maintenance was not available so they gave us another room. Furnitures have aged.

Some less than rave reviews had me concerned, but the hotel is so close to Hamilton Airport that I chose it anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and warm. There were simple breakfast supplies even at 5:30 am. A friendly taxi driver took me to the airport in the snow at 6:15 am for only $15. Nothing fancy, and certainly furniture needs upgrading. But if you just want a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and save money, I recommend it!

The carpet was pulling away from the floor and the nails underneath were showing. It’s a typical “close to the airport, low price” hotel. The key locks on the doors weren’t working, she had to let us in each time if we left our room. The staff at the front desk was very lovely and very helpful!

There are many areas of improvement. The rooms and furniture is old, outdated, and in poor condition. Some of the towels were clean, but gray instead of clean white. There was a smell on the bed linens . Only few items for breakfast. The parking lot was in poor condition. The staff was friendly thought.

There were no restaurant facilities on the property or within walking distance. Bathroom fan and mechanical equipment noisy, in disrepair and in need of maintenance. Much of the motel shutdown and in disrepair. I would never choose to stay there again

There was a hole in the wall of the room, towels were noticeably stained, carpet was taped down between the washroom and general area, bathroom door had to be forcibly shut making it impossible to use the washroom in private without disturbing your travel companion, inadequate towel supply. The entire place has a general rundown, uncared for atmosphere. I feel like you should have paid me to stay there. Would never recommend this place. It’s convenient location close to the airport is it’s only redeeming quality. Total dump

Staff were good. Facility was not well maintained. Poorly cleaned and linens and towels stained. Insufficient towels and facecloth (yes, one). Shower head partially plugged. Bathroom sink loose in counter. Cigarette burns in bed covers. A/C not cold. Abandoned restaurant next door, parking lot full of potholes and exterior signs taped up. I really don’t like to complain, but too many smaller things add up to bad experiences Not impressed that Wyndham puts their name on this. It should be inspected and brought up to their higher standard by them, so the owners can present a quality product.
