Photos do NOT do this place justice. We booked based on good rating and price despite the average photos, and we’re happy we did. Very clean, great location that’s within 10mins drive of anything you’ll need (i.e., dining, grocery, shopping, parks) and plenty of parking. Friendly room service checking in daily which was also nice. Will happily stay here again.

very dated basic accommodation - no TV channels - as only wifi TV which kept hanging up and only allow 3 online TV1 TV2 and Duke channel - to top things off cockroach crawling around walls - definitely not worth the money charged - old and dated elevated shower - no good for tall people at all

It was comfortable enough to sleep the night, was clean & the bedding was great quality. The neighbouring houses were in & out in their cars throughout the night. Was hard to park our ute. When we returned that night 2 cars had parked over the white lines so we couldn't fit in the only park left.

Easy instructions to check in & out thought it was going to be difficult not being at the same place we were staying but turnt out easier than me and my partner thought , very tidy place , pictures don’t do justice it actually is nicer than It looks online , was good space for me my partner and 2 girls & all their Kmart shop toys , shower pressure was so good , one downfall for us sheets seemed to smell had to go to truck and find our sheets & blankets and partner is beyond paranoid with the kids , most importantly my 5 year old said there was hot chocolate 😂 we stay in Hamilton a lot due to medical reasons and pay a lot of money for fancy hotels/motels book a batches and let’s just say it’s hard to find a place with hot chocolate now days lol all and all can’t go wrong with the price you pay

Don’t do it. Check in is 10 minutes away from the property. Maybe I got an unlucky night when a young crowd booked to stay. As it’s only a few permanent residence and guests staying, sleeping a few extra’s in their room for a night out is easily done. Left acc pre loaded at 10.30 pm, arrived home 3am. Within 15 minutes, 1 guy was beating the crap out of my car parked in the property. I left with a damaged car, tired and unhappy, apartment was ok.

It is a basic apartment but relative to cost. It has been resently updated. Everything was clean and new. My only suggestion would be to put a hold rail to get into and out of the shower. Quite a step up for those of us with knee problems

Chose this appartment as close to Roaming Giant where we had a function. It was clean and adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable. There was tea and sugar provided but no long life milk. That would be my only negative. The key was just a flimsy plastic card - would have been better to have something more chunky as it got misplaced a few times.Overall a good stay.

Looks like a few of the appartments are social housing with people coming and going at all hours stomping rounding. The whole place uses the same wifi and while my young children were watching TV someone casted pornography to our TV. We left a day early
