Not clean or well maintained, annoyed front desk staff when asked to show how to use the tv. They have parking in front which was helpful. Wasn’t quite sure the door lock worked. Black mould dripping from air con.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The towels were threadbare and there were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. There is no elevator - no serious complaints but mediocre at best.

Relatively clean and quiet as far as overpriced hotels go. Staff was friendly. The negatives were that I had no TV remote and the water never actually got warm enough to shower comfortably. Plus there were no washclothes, only two very old towels. If you're charging $150 for an $85 hotel, at least have good towels and hot water.

I found alternate accomodations nearby, good quality, at only $ 110 per night . Signature Inn is not helping business if they complicate a simple additional overnight extension to a much higher cost ...

Location was great! Walking distance to great coffee (The Hub) restaurants and cool streets. The size of the room was great, and I got a reasonable rate especially for Junos weekend. The electronic keypad was a nice feature, but feels a little unsecure as the buttons showed the most commonly typed number. The mattress was a littke old but more distressing was the age of the sheets, they hit that need to replace stage. It is an older building but the room had nice new floors and a semi recent paint job. Considering what I paid I'm not pissed off, but they really should invest in new sheets.

Do not stay at this hotel until the renovations are done - we had no shower. No towels asked 3 times. No tv remote, door was not very secure. No one at the front desk. Once you left hotel you couldn’t get back in without clerk there who didn’t answer the number to call. I couldn’t even checkout as no one was around. Also from security perspective the area is not the greatest and the lights in the parking lot were not working. the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly but for $200 a night this hotel this was hotel something I would never pay more than $80 for a room like this ever. I would take this off the offering at hotel.com until they finish renovations. This is a 1-star hotel at best

I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in. The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid or cleaning service, so I had a lot of garbage piling up by the end of my stay. They also take a while to get you new toilet paper as well. There's no food to eat in the hotel and there's no vending machines either! However, the only place to eat nearby is the Tim Hortons which is a 5min walk from the hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay. The staff were nice and did the best they could.

I went there with family. No doubt ro was good and comfortable. Parking is ok. Luckily we had plan to go to beach so we had our own towels. Because towels provided were dirty and had stains. Bring your own towels. Rest everything was ok.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos. We checked in and left one hour later to go to another hotel because it was so disgusting and felt unsafe. It smells damp and like smoke and there were fruit flies everywhere. The walls were peeling and the air conditioning unit looked really gross as well. The doors to the rooms didn’t use key cards, and used a pin pad instead which doesn’t feel secure. I requested a refund because it was so horrible and the hotel refused. Don’t book here!
