We had a good stay. The man at reception was very helpful. The room I had booked was too small so for a bit extra they kindly made up a studio room for us. It was bigger and quite new, and the beds were fabulously comfy. It had a big newly tiled bathroom. The restaurant down near the entrance had really friendly staff and we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast there. The hotel is pretty central. We only stayed one night and didn’t book a car park but found one easily this time.

The room was very inferior to the images displayed on Expedia when I was booking. The bathroom must have been converted from the wardrobe judging by the size. Instead of 2 double beds we had single beds. Could not have a cup of coffee because the hand basin was so small the jug didn’t fit under the tap to be filled. Neither of us braved the shower. Room service is pick up a tray from reception and pay a $5 surcharge for the privilege. Lots of road noise. If I had been alone I would have felt very unsafe. The bed linen was clean and the heat pump worked well. But I won’t be back and suggest you don’t either.

Hotel is in great location - walking distance to all restaurants, cafes, bars and mall. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Paying extra for the secured car park is well worth it. Great for 2-3 nights stay.
