This was a very clean, up-to-date and friendly motel. Very quiet and felt very safe. Good fry truck right next door and a convenient distance from downtown Dunnville. Could have used more cable channels.

The t.v had ample channels to watch and the fridge and microwave are newer. The traffic was lulling and not too loud. It could use newer towels and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. It was overall clean and quiet and we would be happy to stay here again!

Quite satisfied for price. Neat, clean. Traditional motel style of 2 beds (queen), TV, bathroom, small fridge and microwave. Table in nook with chairs. Sadly, no coffee maker in room and none at office either. Need to drive to get morning coffee!

The room was decent enough clean and comfortable. my only complaint was the size of the bathroom. It was sooooo small you have squueze past the sink to close the door and to access the toilet. The shower is beind the door which was not easy to get in and out of. If i were a bigger person i would not have fit in that bathroom.

I spent one night at this quiet and reasonably priced motel on the periphery of Dunnville. My room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette, comfortable bed and ample storage space. I was able to park my car right in front of my room. The motel’s wifi reception was good. Motel staff were friendly and professional. Downtown Dunnville is a short 5 minute drive away. I had an enjoyable one night stay at this motel and would stay again when in the Dunnville area.

I had a single room for one night. The check-in woman was very pleasant. The room was very clean and neat. I was concerned that there was only a simple push button lock on the door handle with no slide lock or way to deadbolt the door. Being a single senior female I was a bit concerned so I pushed the armchair up against the door and it was wedged tightly between the door and bed so I was satisfied it would be secure. The furnishings were older but in good shape. The bathroom was very small but clean and functional. I would stay there again but ask for a room with a chain slide lock or deadbolt. The room was affordable and the bed was comfortable.

Nice place for a short stay. Basic room but clean. Sheets were freshly washed but had some permanent stains on them. Staff were very nice and helpful with any requests. Wifi was spotty at best. No coffee or Bkfast included I am assuming some rooms have a kitchenette as ours might have had one at one time but counters and stove and sink were removed in our room #9

The only issue i have was the bathroom had a sewer gas smell. We ran the shower and sink to ensure p traps were full and left fan on. A few hours later still same smell so we sprayed a air freshener in there.
